I don’t know anything about concrete, but lots of people out there do. So, bid on this RFP. It’s due October 25, 2012 notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the RFP itself. See below.

The bids are in and need to be reviewed. Then the contract will be awarded. I think that will be done in 6-8 weeks. If everything goes as planned, construction will start as soon as it can in the Spring and by late Spring there should be a skatepark. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.
